Balloon Background Stencil Trio

This three piece stencil set, Balloon Background Trio is designed by Galina Filippenko for Waffle Flower Crafts. These stencils coordinate with the Balloon Background Trio die and color in all the balloons in layers. These reusable stencils can be used with your favorite inks, markers, pastes, paints, chalks, sprays, mists, and other crafting mediums (sold separately). These stencils can be used on cards, scrapbook pages, tags, journals, and other paper crafting projects. These stencils measure 5.25" x 6.5".
