Refinement

This package of Stick and Shine rub-ons, Refinement, is from Penny Black. This package includes two stick and shine sheets that measure 5" x 7". These sheets feature a motif design. This design can be adhered to your choice of cardstock with the Stick and Shine Applicator (sold separately) to release the adhesive, and then foil can be added to that adhesive, again using the Applicator. This is the perfect way to add foil to your project without using heat or any other tools. This design can be used as a card front or added to scrapbook pages, tags, journals, and other paper crafting projects.
