Snow Shimmer

This package of Stick and Shine rub-ons, Snow Shimmer is part of the Winter Collection from Penny Black. This package includes two sheets of rub-ons that measure 5" x 7". These rub-ons include a variety of snowflakes and a frame with snowflakes all around. These snowflakes and the frame can be cut out and adhered to your choice of cardstock with the Stick and Shine Applicator (sold separately) to release the adhesive, and then foil can be added to that adhesive, again using the Applicator. This is the perfect way to add foil to your project without using heat or any other tools. These snowflakes and the frame can be added to cards, scrapbook pages, tags, journals, and other paper crafting projects.
