WOW! Bonding Powder

This jar of Bonding Powder is from WOW! This jar holds 15 ml of product. This is a white powder that can be used for bonding the Fab Foils (sold separately). This powder should be used like embossing powder, and it creates a sticky surface on which to adhere the foils. Sometimes the powder will leave a distressed look, which is normal. Once heated, it will look like you used clear embossing powder.
